Orders must be picked up or delivered within the agreed timeframe. Rollys is not responsible for products that deteriorate due to late pickup. Delivery availability and fees may vary — details will be confirmed at checkout.

All products sold by Rollys are perishable. We recommend consuming products within the timeframe indicated on the packaging. Rollys cannot be held responsible for improper storage after delivery or pickup.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo, and we will work to resolve the issue at our discretion.
